Yes! All performances are going ahead as planned, and our venues can be reached by a variety of transport options. To make your journey smoother, we recommend using the TFL Journey Planner or Citymapper to find the best route.
Please note that latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, and tickets cannot be returned on the day of the show.
Please plan ahead and leave extra time to complete your journey!
Ticket Protection (Secure My Booking)
If you added ticket protection through Secure My Booking when purchasing your tickets, you will need to contact them directly to discuss your claim.
Their policy may cover certain travel disruptions, including public transport delays or strikes. However, strikes are only covered where no reasonable alternative travel options are available.
