What does it cover?
You may be able to claim a refund if you are unable to attend due to:
- Accident, injury, or illness
- Severe weather stopping you from getting to the venue
- Travel delays caused by breakdowns or public transport issues, including strikes

How much is it?
The protection fee is calculated based on the total ticket value in your basket and will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
I’ve already booked – can I add ticket protection afterwards?
If you made your booking within the last 24 hours and wish to add ticket protection or amend your booking, please contact our Ticket Sales team on 020 7863 8000 (12-6pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays)
We are unable to retrospectively apply ticket protection to bookings made more than 24 hours ago.
