Please check your Junk, Spam or Deleted folders, as our emails can occasionally end up there.
If you find your e-tickets or confirmation email in one of these folders, please add tickets@sadlerswells.com to your address book or safe senders list to help make sure future emails arrive in your inbox.
E-tickets can also be accessed from your Account tab under Upcoming Events.
On the day of the performance, your e-tickets will also be sent by text message. From there, you’ll be able to download your tickets, add them to your Google or Apple Wallet for quick access, and share them with others in your party. Please make sure your mobile number is up to date in your account.
If you booked through a third-party ticket agent, such as TodayTix, London Theatre Direct or another authorised seller, your confirmation email and tickets have been issued by them directly. Please check your emails from the ticket agent you booked with, including your Junk or Spam folders.
If you can’t locate your tickets/confirmation email, contact the ticket office by submitting a form or by calling 020 7863 8000. Our lines are open 12-6pm Monday-Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
