Can I cancel my ticket(s)?

Returns and exchanges are subject to a £3.50 per ticket amendment fee. The £4.00 transaction fee charged on all online and phone bookings is not refundable. 

Credit Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of issue and can be used towards any future bookings with Sadler's Wells. 

I booked with a third-party agent.

If your booking was made through a third-party agency, such as TodayTix, London Theatre Direct or Ticketmaster, please contact your point of purchase directly for further assistance.

I have a ticket for today's performance, can I cancel it?

We cannot cancel or exchange tickets within 24 hours of the performance. If you are unable to attend, we advise that the tickets are passed onto a friend or family member by forwarding the PDF attachment onto them.

Sadler’s Wells may offer to resell your ticket only if the performance is fully sold out. Resale of tickets is not guaranteed.
