We’re sorry to have to let you know that I’m Every Woman – The Chaka Khan Musical, originally scheduled to run at Peacock Theatre from 5-28 March, has been cancelled due to urgent and unexpected essential building works that need to be carried out at the venue.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment this causes.
Refunds
All tickets for the cancelled performances have been automatically refunded.
Bookings made directly with Sadler's Wells
If you booked directly with Sadler’s Wells / Peacock Theatre (online, by phone, or in person):
The full value of your tickets and transaction fee will be refunded
Refunds have been issued back to the original method of payment
If you paid by debit or credit card, the funds should appear in your account within 5-10 working days of the transaction being processed. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If your booking was paid for using a credit voucher, the value of your tickets has been returned to a credit voucher, which remains valid for 2 years from the new issue date.
No further action is required from you at this time. If our team needs any further details to process your transaction, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Bookings made via a third-party ticket agent
If you purchased your tickets through a third-party ticket agent, your refund will be handled by your original point of purchase.
