Promo codes must be entered before you select your seats or membership.
To apply a promo code:
- Go to the booking page for your chosen performance/membership
- Enter your promo code in the promo code field at the top of the page.
- Select Apply or submit the code.
- Once the code has been accepted, choose your seats.
- Select the promotional price type, where available.
- Continue to checkout as normal.
Please make sure the promo code is entered before you select your seats, as the promotional price type may not appear until the code has been accepted.

If the promo code is not working, please check that:
- the code has been entered exactly as shown and it doesn't contain typos;
- the code is valid for the performance you are booking;
- the code has not expired;
- you have entered the code before selecting your seats;
- you have selected the correct promotional price type after the code has been accepted.
