If you’re having trouble logging in to your Sadler’s Wells account or resetting your password, there are a few things you can try.
Check which email address you’re using
Please make sure you’re using the email address linked to your Sadler’s Wells account. Your username is your email address.
If you have used different email addresses with us over time, your booking or account may be linked to a different email address.
Request a password reset email
You can request a password reset from the sign-in page by selecting the password reminder or forgotten password option.
Once requested, please check your inbox and junk or spam folders. Password reset emails can sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
If no password reminder email is sent, it is likely that an account has not been registered with the email address provided. You can create a new account or, if you believe you already have an account with us, please contact us for further support.
Check the password requirements
When setting a new password, please note that our password requirements are quite strict. Your new password must:
- be between 12 and 32 characters
- include at least one number
- include at least one special character
- include both uppercase and lowercase letters
Use your browser’s suggested password
If you are struggling to create a password that meets the requirements, we recommend using the “suggest password” option in your browser and saving it to your browser’s password manager.
This can make it easier to create a secure password and avoid typing errors when signing in again.
Still having trouble?
If you still cannot access your account, please contact us with as much detail as possible, including:
- the email address you are trying to use
- whether you received the password reset email
- any error message you are seeing
- whether you have used another email address with us before
Our Ticket Sales Team will then look into this further.
