Our theatres currently hosting performances are air conditioned, so whether you are coming to Sadler’s Wells Theatre in Angel or Sadler’s Wells East in Stratford, you can be assured that our auditoriums are kept as cool as possible.
Please note that, as per our standard Terms & Conditions, we are unable to exchange or cancel tickets within 24 hours of the performance.
Ticket Protection (Secure My Booking)
If you are unable to attend the performance and added ticket protection through Secure My Booking when purchasing your tickets, you will need to contact them directly to discuss your claim.
